Carpe Diem
So, I try this only once a year… on Derby Day.
Ingredients:
Sugar
Crushed Ice
Muddled Mint
Riesling or Chardonnay (or try Bourbon if you like!)
Add sugar to a glass to cover 1/4 inch. Add some muddled mint. Add crushed ice. Add some chilled Riesling or Chardonnay.
Garnish with mint sprigs and enjoy. May the horse be with you 🙂
