I love to cook, garden and even more to fly. I love to try new recipes from cuisines around the world. I invariably make changes to the original recipe. I am health conscious and try to substitute with fresh, organic and healthy ingredients whenever I can.
I work full-time. I am also currently a graduate student taking classes and working on my PhD, 2/3 of the time. So quick, easy, and healthy recipes are my favorite.
This blog is my attempt to keep track of recipes I try, along with the changes I make: either from memory (having observed my mother, family member or friend), or from a cookbook, blog or eating at a restaurant.
Each Spring and Summer I love to try my hand at Patio gardening and you will find an occasional post on my efforts in that arena.
