Here’s another one from the Twenty One Day Tummy Diet…. slightly adapted by me.
6oz Non fat Greek yogurt
2 tbsp light coconut milk
1 orange peeled and removed from membranes
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tsp almond butter
1 tsp fresh ginger
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients and blend in a food processor/blender. Has a nice nutty flavor … Enjoy!
